Special challenge alert!

In support of our healthcare heroes, Rick Rachner is challenging the OU community to raise $5000 by April 29 at noon for the School of Nursing Scholarship.  If the goal is reached, Rick will shave his head!

RN to BSN program:

~Non-traditional students with their nursing license (RN) that have come back to OU to pursue their Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) to be better prepared nurses and advance their nursing career.

~These students are currently licensed nurses serving on the frontlines of this pandemic in the healthcare systems. They work full time as RNs while pursuing their BSN degree from OU.

~This pandemic has created great obstacles for students as they are working full-time and often overtime in the hospitals in stressful conditions, struggling with child care, trying to balance home schooling children, manage pay cuts or layoffs of their spouses/partners, all while trying to continue pursuing their degree. Many students in this program have reached out with concerns that they will need to stop out or discontinue pursuing their degree

Please support the challenge and help make sure Rick Rachner has a very bad hair day for a very good cause! Click the Operation Bald Eagle button above or http://bit.ly/hairlessforhealthcare
